All hydraulic cylinders we produce are numerically-controlling machined, and we do all of the processes. Our HLSG-100 Swager utilizes Finnish technology and our eight-share jigsaw design makes it have cramped construction, high precession and convenient operation. Our HLT-180 Boring machine, designed by ourselves, light and handy, is suitable for fieldwork and locating devices to ensure concentricity. Our HLBT-85T hydraulic track link recapped machine is used for maintaining construction machines, utilizes the way of hydraulically feeding to reduce the labor intensity, and is convenient to operate. Combining Komatsu technology, we design nut dismantle to pack machines and it can be operated without electricity power.
We have large race grinders to repair slewing rings with the diameter within 1.5 meters, and have intermediate-frequency heat treatment devices and quenching tools. We have 20 years' experience in repairing and plating cylinder rods, and we have 3.5 meters' coating bath to repair all kinds of cylinder rods.
